Business Continuity Plan

In an effort to maintain continuity and integrity of business in the instance of a disaster, vandalization, or other unforeseen catastrophe, S-FX.com Small Business Solutions, LLC. has developed a Business Continuity Plan to ensure the availability of critical business functions.

S-FX.com Small Business Solutions has implemented the following proactive approach to mitigate risk:

• Cloud-based Backups – All of our digital assets are backed up and stored daily in the Cloud using both the Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive cloud storage services.  In the instance all of our physical hardware is destroyed, lost, or stolen, our team has the ability to access our data from any device, anywhere in the world.
• Cloud-based Management – Because of the nature of our industry, S-FX.com Small Business Solutions has the ability to manage nearly 95% of our projects remotely. We leverage cloud-based management tools that give us access to manage, update, and maintain active client projects without jeopardizing security.
• Chain of Command – In the instance of a tragedy to, or in dealing with, our Owner, Chief Technologist, or any executive-level personnel, our staff has been briefed on an emergency-based modified chain of command.  There is a clearly defined hierarchy distributed internally that will allow business to continue operating for not less than 30 days without disruption.
